FAQs
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes. We don’t run a bar and we don’t require you to use a specific catering list. Your family can cook, you can bring your own food, or you can order from a restaurant or caterer you already love.
Contact us and we’ll be happy to explain how other groups have handled food and drinks for events like yours.
How many people can you host?
It depends on the layout you want and which areas of the property you’ll be using. The Tiki Island at CBC Venue Farm can accommodate events of up to 150 guests.
Tell us approximately how many guests you’re expecting and what type of event you’re planning, and we’ll help you determine the best setup.
What does it cost?
Rates vary depending on the day of the week, season, number of guests, type of event, and whether you would like to include lodging on the property.
Send us your preferred date and event details, and we’ll provide a quote based on your celebration.
Are plates, napkins and glasses included?
They can be brought in, provided by your caterer, or rented separately. Contact us with your estimated guest count and we’ll explain the available options.
What happens if it rains?
The reception pavilion is a permanent covered structure, so you won’t need to arrange a last-minute tent if the weather changes.
You and your guests can continue celebrating under the covered pavilion while still enjoying the beautiful tropical surroundings.
Can our guests stay overnight?
Yes. There are three houses on the property, including a four-bedroom farmhouse with a pool, a two-bedroom house, and an additional three-bedroom house.
The houses can be booked alongside an event or separately, depending on availability.
Can we take photos with the horses?
Yes. Our horses are one of the unique features of the property and are especially popular for wedding and quinceañera photos and entrances.
Mention it when you contact us so we can discuss the arrangements for your event.
Do you host quinceañeras?
Absolutely. Quinceañeras are one of the celebrations we regularly host.
There is room for the court, family, guests and dancing, and the property provides beautiful settings for photos throughout the celebration.

Can we see the venue in person?
Yes. We encourage you to visit because photos can’t fully capture the island, bridge, lagoon and surrounding property.
Tours are available by appointment. Call, text or email us and we’ll arrange a time for you to visit.
How far is the venue from the coast?
The property is located in Okeechobee, Florida, approximately 10 minutes from the City of Okeechobee and about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes from areas including Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Fort Pierce and West Palm Beach.
Can we book the houses through Airbnb?
Yes. The farmhouse can be booked through Airbnb.
If you’re booking lodging together with an event, need more than one house, or would prefer to book directly with us, contact us and we’ll help coordinate everything.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes. You have the flexibility to choose your own vendors and create an event that reflects your style and vision.
Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll be happy to discuss the details with you.
Is the venue private during our event?
Yes. We host one group at a time, so you and your guests can enjoy the island, water and event grounds privately during your celebration.
How do I check availability?
Send us your preferred date, approximately how many guests you’re expecting, and what type of event you’re planning.
We’ll confirm availability and provide the information you need to plan your visit or event.
